Mud pump valve assembly



The valve assembly is installed in the hydraulic end valve box of the mud pump to control the closing of the inlet and outlet valves, and is composed of a valve body and a valve seat. The main materials are made of high-quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 20CrNiMo) which is higher than the petroleum industry standard. The advanced heat treatment method is adopted to obtain high strength and high toughness, and the working surface hardness is above HRC58, and according to strict technology. It is required to process and manufacture to ensure high finish and accurate size.

The valve assembly is a key component of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. The valve body assembly is composed of a valve body, a valve rubber, a valve nut, a guide frame, a gland, a circlip, and a steel ball. (That is, the valve assembly removes the seat).

According to the inner hole form of the valve seat, the valve assembly can be divided into a through hole valve, a three-rib valve and a four-rib valve. The valve body and the valve seat of the valve assembly are carburized and quenched by high-quality steel 20CrMnTi, and the surface hardness is greater than HRC60. The tapered surface is ground to ensure high roughness requirements and geometry.

The four-ribbed valve body is made of high-quality forged steel with high strength and strong hardness. The rubber body is fixed on the valve body by the valve nut. The valve seat has high strength and impact resistance and is suitable for high-pressure jet rig123.net' target='_blank'>drilling. Compared with the four ribs, the three-rib valve body seat has a larger displacement, and at the same time, it can provide a directly assembled valve body and valve rubber, and has a long service life. The rubber is made of polyurethane material, and the effective use time is more than 300 hours, which greatly improves the overall life of the valve assembly.
