The SPM QWS 1000S is a versatile five-cylinder piston pump designed for easy back-to-back installation.
The SPM QWS 1000S pump features a unique patented crankshaft and crosshead offset design that significantly reduces the load on the crosshead and crosshead guides while reducing the load on the main roller bearings that support the crankshaft. The offset patented design allows the QWS 1000S pump to produce a smaller angle of inclination for the link during the power stroke, reducing wear between the crosshead and the crosshead guide and increasing product life.
Compared to the SPM TWS600S, the SPM QWS 1000S is also compact in design, but with higher pump power and higher load bearing capacity. The unique design allows it to be mounted back-to-back in a single unit.
SPM QWS 1000S is mainly used in acidification, cementing, gravel filling and non-killing operations.
